Following on from last time, Barney the border collie is now in his new home and his owners love the painting PHEW !!!
I have been concentrating over the last few weeks on glass splashbacks a new addition to explore. So far I have only ordered one to get an idea of what it will look like. I decided on my sunflower painting initially. I have a range should this one work out ok. I have a local company Tefore who have kindly offered to display them. Fingers crossed x
My first splashback
Not a lot of commissions at the minute so
I have been scouring the internet (Don't you just ♥️ Pinterest) for baby shower ideas. Well they were endless!
Firstly the party favours, I have to be honest I am a great believer of upcycling wherever possible I am not a tight arse, but why waste money ! So I opted for mason jars of which I have a box of 24 from my Daughters wedding last year. Shower in a jar, basically white shower puffs, nail varnish~ pink or blue ? nail file and shampoo / shower gel (that miraculously fell into my suitcase whilst staying at various hotels) for which I thank you
Finally I sprayed the lids white so they all looked the same and added a mini rubber duck to cover the straw hole.
This is my mock up ~will change colours accordingly, just have to add ribbon and tag around the lid
Still loads to organise ~ but I have until June
I have also just finished a Unicorn watercolour ready to go on greeting cards, which I absolutely loved painting, it was great fun.
