A New Arrival !!!

Baby ~ Ivy has arrived ~ Cute as a Button 💕❤💕

So working my way backwards.

My Granddaughter Ivy arrived a little early on the 16th July ~ 3.3 kilos of cuteness. I had forgotten how tiny babies can be. Luckily the nursery is almost finished.

all the hand painted letters, framing of pictures, disneyland sign, toy story paintings and lightshade have all come together

In My last post i was tackling setting up my own online shop. Whilst I will still sell via etsy in my opinion it doesnt hurt to sell through two avenues. I have to admit it took me a few days maybe weeks to put it all together. The older I get My capacity for learning becomes slower and slower. I basically used the wix help section an awful lot and what I couldn't find there, I just googled. With a teeny bit of tweeking re shipping from My daughter it was finally on line. I am well chuffed with Myself☺

I have to be honest Etsy has actually taken a lot longer than I expected to sell via. Well over a year but I am now selling on a regular basis (touching wood ~ it continues) and selling via my own shop mainly on facebook. My reviews are good which helps. So if anyone was to seek My advice it is simply persevere ~ tweek ~ keep adding products (60 to 80 products helps)

I am currently in the process of hand drawing and painting a disney inspired toy box using Arteza acrylic paints, they have a great choice of colours and the finish is always excellent. Carve Creations made the actual Toy Box for me to work on ~ I like to support local businesses and luckily they are one of My work neighbours. The box is still in progress but I can show you what I have done so far, i even had a go at videos :~

Well thats all for now I am off to try out My new tablet. Yes I have finally ditched Apple and purchased a Samsung S6 tablet with keyboard cover. 256gb. Should be sufficient for my needs. Time will tell but it looks fab.
